Weapon training (Moo Ki)

There are 24 different traditional Korean Royal Court weapons plus Buddhist and Tribal weaponry. Training perfects the balance between body and weapon. With assiduous practice, weapon training is as beneficial to the mind as to the body. It demands concentration and self control to avoid injury; also, it aids physical conditioning from performing the task.

Martial Art Healing Methods

Beginning at instructor level, the study of martial arts healing techniques helps the Instructor to fully understand the make up for the human body. This knowledge of the healing arts enable a better understanding to the principles involved in demonstrating the locking and throwing techniques taught to the student.

Specialised training

Introduces students to higher-level techniques, pressure-point training, and advanced hand strikes and kicks. Sparring is also a part of the syllabus, it increases speed, fluidity, power, accuracy, cardiovascular, stamina, flexibility and strength (sparring equipment is mandatory). In addition, specific instruction is given on how current training can be useful in women’s personal safety and street fighting situations.
